Saheli - T’ai Chi
Tai Chi is a form of Chinese soft exercise, but in reality it is very much more. The exercises in Tai Chi combine the mind, breath, balance and parts of the body to work simultaneously and spontaneously during each movement thus improving your health. With practice you will soon feel the benefits. Tai Chi is therefore, ideal to compliment academic study as it helps focus the mind and combat stress. All that is required is loose clothing and a willingness to learn. T’ai Chi’s slow, gentle yet highly aerobic movements provide a whole body workout. It can be started by anyone of any age or physical condition. It is an excellent stress reducing exercise programme.
